Any installation or service work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and the applicable provider, which will set out the scope of work, pricing, warranties, and other terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that separate agreement regarding installation or service work, the separate agreement controls.

If you check the SMS consent box or otherwise opt in to text messages, you agree to receive text messages from Power Up Sol, which may include consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and, if you have agreed, promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWER UP SOL, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). 15. Severability
